The Young Teachers Conference provides young education staff and those new to the profession with the opportunity to meet and network with other young teachers from across England and Wales. It aims to support young teachers already active in the NEU and to encourage other young teachers to become active within the NEU.
The conference is open to all in-service NEU members aged 35 or under or to those who have been in the profession for fewer than three years.
Participants who meet the above criteria may be nominated by local associations and divisions or they may apply as individual members. Young teacher members who are interested in attending the Young Teachers Conference should contact their local association secretary.

This usually takes place on the last weekend of January each year outside of London.
